The app provides an informational AI assistant covering marketing, websites, apps, CRM and business growth. Answers are generated by a language model and are of a general informational nature. This is not professional legal, financial, or tax advice.
You do not need to register or create a user account to use the app.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to bypass security measures, or to distribute hateful, abusive or harmful content. We may restrict access in case of misuse.
The brand, design, code and content of the app are owned by the provider. You may use AI outputs for your own purposes; the provider does not guarantee their factual accuracy.
The service is provided "as is". No express or implied warranties are given. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
The provider may amend these terms at any time. The updated version will be published in the app and on the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
