This policy describes how the MGenius app (AI assistant for marketing and business growth) and the mgenius.cz website, operated by #MarketingGenius s.r.o. (Company ID 23463538, Česká republika), handle data. The app does not require registration or sign-in.
The app does not ask for your name, email, or any other identifier. When you ask the AI advisor a question, only the text of that question is sent to our server, which then forwards it to an AI model provider to generate a reply. We do not store question content in a form linked to your identity. For diagnostics we may briefly log anonymous technical data (device type, OS version, timestamps) solely to ensure service stability.
User questions are processed by a large-language-model provider (Google Gemini). Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The model provider has its own privacy policy and does not use the data for training without our explicit consent.
The app does not use advertising cookies or tracking identifiers (IDFA). The mgenius.cz website may use only technical cookies necessary for site operation.
Under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or receive your data, and to file a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz). Contact us by email at the address below.
All communication between the app and our server takes place over an encrypted connection. Access to technical logs is limited to authorised personnel.
The service is intended for users aged 13 and above (or the minimum age allowed by your jurisdiction).
We will publish an updated version in the app and on this website with a marked effective date.
